Amanda’s Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

romain argula beet red cabbage bacon salad

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 small onion

1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoon honey (the original recipe calls for 1.5 T honey and 1/2 T sugar)

1 clove garlic

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

throw it all in the blender and give it a whirl. Should keep in the fridge at least a week.
